Sweetser announced this week that KeyBank has signed on as the presenting sponsor for the 14th annual Sold on Kids benefit auction, scheduled to take place April 1 at the Portland Marriott at Sable Oaks. "This generous sponsorship of $20,000 gives us a great jump start towards reaching our fundraising goal and providing vital crisis services for children and families in Maine," said Carl Pendleton, Sweetser's President & CEO.
The theme for this year's event is "Under the Big Top" with Lee Goldberg from WCSH6 serving as the "Ringmaster." Bill Zafirson returns as the auctioneer.
"At Key, we believe that healthy and economically self-sufficient families are the backbone of every strong community," said Stephen R. Woods, president, Maine District, KeyBank N.A. "We are proud to support the Sold on Kids auction and the many fine and important programs and services administered by Sweetser."
Other major sponsors for the event include Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage Cares and Tyler Technologies/MUNIS Division. For more information, or to inquire about tickets, please call 294-4485.
