PROTEA Behavioral Health Services Moves to Saco Campus

PROTEA Behavioral Health Services, a division of Sweetser, will host an Open House at its new space at Brown Cottage on Sweetser’s Saco campus on Friday, June 15, from 11 a.m. to 1 p.m. Sweetser’s PROTEA division provides outpatient therapy, medication management and psychological testing for children, adults and families seeking treatment for emotional or behavioral issues.

“We are pleased to have our offices on Sweetser’s Saco campus to fill a critical community need,” said Larry Ouellette, clinical team leader for Sweetser’s PROTEA division office in Saco.

PROTEA is committed to being a client-focused center of excellence in mental health and substance abuse services by providing high quality services throughout Maine. PROTEA has established a network of more than 200 licensed mental health professionals in more than 75 communities across the state.
