Sweetser Appoints Board of Directors Chair, Vice-Chair, Names New Board Members

Mary Turgeon has been appointed Chair of Sweetser’s Board of Directors and John Beliveau Vice-Chair. Turgeon, previously the Vice-Chair, is an architect and principal with Gawron Turgeon Architects in Scarborough; Beliveau is an Investment Portfolio Manager with HM Payson in Portland.

Newly elected Sweetser Board members, Reverend Elaine Peresluha of Kittery Point, Charles Peterson of Kennebunk and Douglas Willett of Saco, were confirmed at the annual meeting of the Sweetser Board of Directors and Corporators.

Reverend Elaine Peresluha is currently the interim Minister at the First Parish Church of Concord in Massachusetts.

Charles Peterson is the President and CEO of Biddeford Savings Bank.

Douglas Willett is the VP of Business Development at P & C Insurance.
