Sweetser's 13th Annual Sold on Kids Benefit Auction will take place from 6 p.m. to 10 p.m. on Saturday, April 2, at the Marriott at Sable Oaks in South Portland. The event features dinner, live and silent auctions, and entertainment by the Richter-Kiley piano and cello duo. Lee Goldberg from WCSH 6 will serve as the event emcee.
This year's auction items include tickets to the sold-out Sting concert, lunch and tour of the Portland Police Station with Chief of Police Michael Chitwood, exciting sailing adventures, a lobster bake for 20, and vacation getaways to Hawaii, the Bahamas, Quebec City and more.
Sponsored by Coldwell Banker Cares, Groesbeck Investment Management, and Tyler Technologies' MUNIS Division, proceeds from the Sold on Kids event support Sweetser's child and adolescent Crisis Stabilization Units in Belfast, Portland and Saco. Tickets are $40 per person. For more information, please call 294-4485 or email SoldonKids@sweetser.org.
