Sweetser Opens Two New Educational Programs

Sweetser President and CEO, Carl Pendleton, announced the launch of two new educational programs at The School at Sweetser.
The LINK (Learning-Interacting-Nurturing-Kids) Program is a classroom specifically designed for students with Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders. The program offers individualized instruction and access to the campus working farm, a greenhouse, woodworking and engine repair shops and several other facilities and activities. Adventure-based Counseling, a Life Skills curriculum, Speech Therapy and Occupational Therapy are also available.

Sweetser is now accepting students for an expanded all day Experiential Learning Program, which provides hands on academic instruction at on-campus work sites specializing in Culinary Arts, Farm Management, Woodworking and Engine Repair/ Maintenance.
