Sweetser Open Access service has been expanded, and is now serving clients in Brunswick, Rockland, Wilton, Sanford and Lewiston. Open Access allows clients to access immediate assistance and support, whether they have a single-service need or require more in-depth services.
Potential clients can access services through the PromiseLine at 1-800-434-3000 and after answering a few screening questions, receive an appointment for the same day, or whenever is convenient for them. Walk-in clients can also be served at those Sweetser locations.
Full-time assessment clinicians are available to meet with the clients Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm. Appointments typically last about two hours, and the last scheduled appointment is at 3:00pm.
Sweetser locations in Hallowell, Bangor and Belfast will offer Open Access for assessments beginning in the next few weeks.
