Joann Beaudoin, a Hannaford financial services employee, was presented the 2007 John J. Russell Award for Excellence -- the highest honor bestowed on a Hannaford associate.

 

"Joann has set high standards," said Kelly Lord of Hannaford.

 

"She is an innovative thinker and always strives to provide her teams with the resources needed to perform our jobs well. Her creative approach has allowed Hannaford to be a leader in the accounts payable field," Lord said.

 

Joann was selected from among 32 Hannaford nominees. The award is named for John J. Russell, a senior officer of the food store chain until 1991.

 

Joann has been a Sweetser Corporator and Board member since 1994.
