LINK - Autism Services

LINK (Learning-Interacting-Nurturing-Kids) is located at The School at Sweetser on the Saco campus. The program provides a classroom setting where students diagnosed with Autism and Autism Spectrum Disorders receive individualized instruction using the Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) model.

Autism Services in Saco, Maine

Autism services provided through LINK include:

  • Focused social skill development provided by a speech therapist
  • Therapeutic and behavioral support and feedback is available daily, provided by educational and clinical staff
  • Occupational Therapy is available as needed
  • Ongoing consultation by an expert in Autism Spectrum Disorders
  • Integration specialists provide transition services as needed

LINK students also have access to other Sweetser activities (as appropriate) including:

  • Sweetser Farm and Experiential Learning Sites
  • Summer Camp
  • Adventure-Based Activities, Ropes Course and BMX Course
