Medication Management

Medication Management Services include a comprehensive assessment by a psychiatrist, psychiatric nurse practitioner or advanced practice registered nurse to formulate diagnoses, prescribe psychotropic medications, provide related education and perform routine monitoring. In rural areas, medication management services may be provided via telemedicine.
