Sweetser Affiliate Network
Affiliate Network
To ensure the broadest possible access to services, Sweetser has established a network of affiliated professionals in more than 70 communities across the state. The network of licensed professionals includes psychiatrists, psychologists, clinical social workers, clinical professional counselors, alcohol and drug counselors and advanced practice registered nurses.
As independent contractors, these clinicians offer services to Mainers struggling with a mental health and/or substance abuse issue. Our affiliates accept a wide range of payment types, including MaineCare, Medicare, various commercial insurers and clients who self-pay. Sweetser provides a referral network, quality assurance support, professional development training and billing services among other administrative support services. Multi-purpose space remains available for independent clinicians who wish to co-locate in our extensive facility. We invite independent licensed clinicians to apply to join our growing network of service providers.
