Benefits and Rewards of Working at Sweetser

Sweetser is pleased to offer a comprehensive and flexible benefits program to our employees. We feel confident you and your family will appreciate its value.

Our benefit-eligible employees (those who work 24 hours or more a week) receive benefit dollars each pay period to use towards the cost of their benefits. Employees are provided the option to designate these funds towards the cost of their selected benefits, contribute unused benefit dollars towards their retirement plan, or simply cash out a prorated portion of these dollars. Sweeter provides the flexibility and our employees make the decision.

Our per-diem employees also have the opportunity to receive benefits. Clinicians who meet certain productivity requirements have the option to buy into Sweetser's  health insurance plan and contribute to a retirement savings plan.

Dental Insurance

  • Our plan provides coverage for all types of services. For example, 100 percent coverage for diagnostic and preventive services and 50 percent orthodontia coverage for dependents.
