From the North

Take I-95 to Exit 32 Alfred/Biddeford. Turn right onto Route 111/Alfred St. and go 11 miles. Continue straight onto Route 202/Route 4A and go four miles. Turn left onto Main St./Route 109/Route 11. At the next intersection, turn left onto Washington St. and the entrance to the Lower Midtown Mall parking lot will be on your left.

From the South

Take I-95 to Exit 19 Sanford/Wells. Turn right onto Route 109/Route 9/Sanford Rd. and travel about 5 miles. Turn right onto Washington St. and the entrance to the Lower Midtown Mall parking lot will be on your left.
