Description
Navigating ethical decision-making can be challenging given the different types of ethical problems we face, systemic barriers, organizational practices, and the role morals and values play in our decisions. This continuing education seminar will explore ethical problems, and the extended impact ethical decision-making can have on clinicians as they challenge themselves to engage in ethical humility. Strategies for ethical resilience will be offered as we explore the day-to-day task of ethical decision-making.
