Description

The most important step in solving any quality or performance issue is to identify the root cause of the problem. Without identifying the correct root cause, problem solving is likely to be a waste of time...or may even make problems worse! In this session we’ll discuss the importance of RCA in the problem-solving process, review models/tools for conducting RCA, and discuss common root cause analysis pitfalls. After attending this session participants should be able to identify and apply root cause analysis techniques to solve problems in their own roles.
