The latest World Happiness Report brings some sobering news for the United States, which has fallen to its lowest-ever ranking at 24th. Several ...factors are contributing to this trend, including increased loneliness, financial stress, and declining mental health, especially among younger generations.

So, what can we do to boost happiness and well-being in our communities?
✅Do things you enjoy: interests, hobbies, activities, etc.
✅Express gratitude: Appreciate what you have and the good things in your life.
✅Strengthen social connections: call that friend, organize that game night, spend time with loved ones.
✅Cultivate a positive mindset: drown out the negative voices.
✅Embrace newness: Break out of your routine, experience new things.
✅Help others – Lifting up those around you, like volunteering or a random act of kindness.
✅Reduce social media & comparison: The lives are others are different than just what is posted on their social media feeds. Your path and life are different than others and that's okay.
✅Manage stress: Meditation or other coping strategies.
✅Take care of physical health: eat, sleep, exercise.
