When it comes to food, weight, and body image, we’ve been taught to think that a healthy diet and exercise are the problem for why you cannot achieve good health. The real issue is not actually with food, weight or your body, however. The real issue is with how we’ve been thinking for SO LONG. If you think about it, your thoughts form your beliefs, and your beliefs drive your behavior. If you only ever change your behavior (how you eat and exercise), you have missed the key driving force that is actually running the entire show in the first place—your thoughts and your beliefs!!! Our current ways of thinking about food and our bodies leaves us feeling stressed, frustrated and defeated. In order to resolve this problem you have to RADICALLY change how you think about food, weight, and body image in order to actually achieve true transformation and lasting change. In this course, we will begin to revolutionize the way you THINK about food, weight, and your health that will begin to shift your mindset, so that you can finally have a happy, healthy, normal relationship with food and your body—all from the inside out.
