As a Clinical Social Worker, I have practiced as an individual and family therapist since 2013. Having provided treatment both in the home, community, office and via telehealth opportunities, I specialize in a variety of complex challenges, including navigating adolescence and the unique challenges that can result from family dynamics, attachment injuries, anxiety, depression, grief and change. I am currently primarily providing treatment via telehealth, allowing me to work with individuals across the State. I have also had the fortunate opportunity to treat and support affected others, as the grieving and healing associated with active substance use impacts the entire family.
As a full-time agency professional, I have the opportunity to maintain flexibility around appointments, including evenings and weekends when thoughtfully planned. On a more personal note, I am the bonus mom of two, the birth mother of two, a student-athlete Mom and lover of all things Maine!
