I use a multifaceted approach to treatment with polyvagal theory, internal family systems, dialectical behavioral therapy, and motivational interviewing. A collaborative approach through a shame reducing framework to support meaningful acceptance of self and allow greater psychological and emotional attunement that allows for healing from the physical, emotional and metaphysical planes.
Experienced in working with clients diagnosed with PTSD, cPTSD, Autism, ADHD, Anxiety, OCD, Depression, and a range of personality disorders of individuals of all ages, ethnicities, genders and non-conforming genders.
