Nancy Rubbico, LMHC, is trained in Polyvagal Theory, and has run trainings for the Polyvagal Institute as well as assisting Deb Dana’s trainings worldwide. She brings extensive experience in EMDR, Sensorimotor Psychotherapy, AEDP (Attachment theory), as a Smart Recovery Facilitator, and a trained yoga instructor (500hr RYT). She’s spent the last decade working as a consultant - helping mentor others to develop their understanding of what drives human behavior. In her private practice she works with complex trauma, dissociation, and couples. Currently she is focusing on trainings and consultation for those interested in understanding how to work with trauma through a polyvagal lens.
