Reluctant Resiliency

No trainings to show

Description

This training will review where we are given all the changes that have occurred over the last year in regards to the pandemic. Focus will be on how we have helped our client’s, co-workers, staff members and community in adapting to all that has changed. Reviewing our awareness of how we have had to help people cope with the growing anxiety regarding the pandemic and the many losses (death of friends and loved ones; loss of job; income; connectivity; school; friendships; and the loss of community connection).

How has resiliency manifested in this new way of practicing?  How have we been reluctantly brought on the ride? What have we gained? What can we share with each other? How can we support each other and those we serve in adapting, creating and recognizing a stronger sense of self, of purpose, of clinical resiliency?

What does Resiliency look like now?
